Sponsorship
Platinum Sponsor - $10,000
- The first platinum sponsor will be named as the banquet sponsor, and identified as such through a public announcement and a poster at the event.
- The second platinum sponsor will be named as the poster reception sponsor, and identified as such through a public announcement and a poster at the event.
- All platinum sponsors may supply a limited amount of materials to be given to each attendee at registration (for example a pamphlet, a CD, etc.)
- All platinum sponsors will be listed (by logo) at the top of a list of sponsors that will be shown on the conference website, the conference program, the conference proceedings, and a poster at the conference registration area.
- All platinum sponsors will be listed by name in public emails sent out about the conference.
- All platinum sponsors will be offered a 10x10 exhibit booth, if they wish to use it.
- All platinum sponsors receive one complimentary full registration.
Gold Sponsor - $5,000
- Gold sponsors will be named as the sponsor of a lunch, a day's morning and afternoon breaks, or a breakfast, and identified as such through a public announcement and a poster at the event.
- All gold sponsors may supply a limited amount of materials to be given to each attendee at registration (for example a pamphlet, a CD, etc.)
- All gold sponsors will be listed (by logo) in the middle of a list of sponsors that will be shown on the conference website, the conference program, the conference proceedings, and a poster at the conference registration area.
- All gold sponsors will be listed by name in public emails sent out about the conference.
- Gold sponsors may purchase a 10x10 exhibit booth ($1,000).
Bronze Sponsor - $2,500
- All bronze sponsors will be listed (by logo) at the bottom of a list of sponsors that will be shown on the conference website, the conference program, the conference proceedings, and a poster at the conference registration area.
- All bronze sponsors will be listed by name in public emails sent out about the conference.
- Bronze sponsors may purchase a 10x10 exhibit booth ($1,000).
- The exhibits area will be open Tuesday afternoon and all of Wednesday
- The poster reception will be held in the exhibits area Tuesday night
- All breaks during the time the exhibits area is open will be in the exhibits area
- Exhibit booths have a table and two chairs supplied; exhibitors will be responsible for any other needs, such as power/network
- Up to three exhibitors may be in the booth
- Exhibitors can attend the Tuesday pm break, the Tuesday poster reception, and the Wednesday am and pm breaks, as these are all in the exhibits area. Attending other events requires full conference registration

- Tuesday - PM break in Exhibit hall - 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
- Tuesday - Poster session in Exhibit hall - 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Wednesday - Exhibits open - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday - AM break in Exhibit hall - 10:00 pm - 10:30 pm
- Wednesday - PM break in Exhibit hall - 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
- Thursday - Exhibit teardown - 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Shipping: Exhibitors are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements of exhibition materials. No onsite storage is available for oversize crates.
- Dismantling: Exhibitors shall be liable for all storage and handling charges resulting from failure to remove exhibit material from the Exhibition before conclusion of the dismantling period.
- Flammable Materials: No flammable fluids or materials of any nature, including decorative materials, use of which is prohibited by national, state, or city fire regulations, may be used in any booth.
- Prohibited Material: Balloons, lights, lasers, horns, musical instruments, projected light outside booths, use of other mechanical devices that create objectionable noises, odors, congestion, or any material deemed by IEEE Cluster management to be a negative distraction are prohibited. IEEE Cluster management reserves the right to determine when such items become objectionable.
